When you are playing an airsoft game in public it is very important that you take the proper safety precautions. It ensures your safety as well as the other players. Never shoot or point your gun at anything you don’t want to shoot at. These are powerful guns and if they accidentally go off they could hurt someone not playing the game or someone who is protected by gear. Make sure the safety is on when you are not in play. For extra precautions use a barrel plug or sleeve.

Make sure you are wearing the proper gear incase someone else around you has an accident. These airsoft guns have easy triggers so be very careful. Always be aware of what is around you. Getting hit accidentally with a airsoft pellet may sting but it is not the end of the world. But you don’t want someone to get hit in the eye or in the head. Make sure you have the proper safety gear.

There are safe locations to use and display your airsoft gun. These sites are where the public doesn’t have easy access.

• Private buildings

Containing permission by the landowner of these locations is a must before using one of these locations as a skirmishing site. At these locations, it is unlikely for a cop to be called.

Airsoft Games
