Green Airsoft Gas

In typical games or in defense, Airsoft guns are popularly used. They work with gas pressure inside, which allows steady recoil and long durability. A liter of gas is enough to ensure about a 1000 gun shots smoothly.

Different gases work at different levels and dish out different quality. The most inferior gas used in Airsoft guns is HFC-13A. They are the brainchild of Japan and cause grave problems whenever there is an acute difference in temperature range. Gas guns work with the power element and power gets lessened in low temperature. Even in high temperature, there may be intricate problems in firing shots with HFC-134 A. In places known for their wide temperature ranges, it is often advisable to use green gas HFC-22. This green Airsoft gas is a smooth propellant and withstands high temperature exertions.

When shots are fired with green gas, it should be kept in mind that the rounds would be at a gap. This is because after every shot, the gas expands causing recoil. It needs certain timeframe to get back to normal. Haphazard shooting may cause great harm to the integrity of green Airsoft gas and Airsoft guns.

It is rumored to be a silicone preparation with chemical formula ch2 fcf3 ch3. Even if the rumor is misplaced, silicon oil does wonders in lubricating this gas and makes the Airsoft guns highly long lasting. The gun is used to launch a BB projectile in the army direction and the process needs perfection. HFC-22 has been found to be giving the best results.

Of course, one has to use a particular gas only after checking the actual designs of a gun. For instance, using green gas in an HFC-134A-enabled Airsoft gun is highly dangerous. Incidentally, HFC-134A may be used in an HFC-22 gun.

Temperature and pressure are directly proportional and low and freezing temperatures often cause the gas to be too cold to allow firing. In the same way, at high temperatures, pressure is too much to hold the gas-barrel connection. Actually, low temperatures suit the case of HFC-134A more than green Airsoft gas. However, when the temperature soars, there is merit in fully attuning to HFC-22.

One may also use CO2 owing to its capacity to tackle varying temperatures. Its efficiency is always in question though and CO2 is largely ignored for the same purpose. Green Airsoft Gas is a non-CFC gas and thus highly equipped to promote the green initiative. Even a million rounds with this gas are not going to poke a hole in the Ozone layer.

It should be poured in the magazine with total concentration without sliding the nozzle. For effect, one should keep silicone oil handy as a lube after every 6 rounds. KWC, KJC and KWA are other guns that answer well to green Airsoft gas.

One should also keep notice of the amount of sunlight the Airsoft guns are exposed to. The gas is highly inflammable and should be kept in cold and dry places, aloof from other gases. Green gas-enabled Airsoft guns may also employ propane gas if needed.
